A photo printed model sheet from the Disney Studios animated film "The Little Mermaid" (1989). Featuring a line up of the film’s main characters, the model sheet was created at the studio and used during the animation process to ensure character size consistency. Measuring 18.75"x25" overall, with the character image area measuring 16"x22.5", the piece is created with two photographic print outs that are taped together at the center seam. The reference print is in good condition with paper fading and discoloration, significant edge wear, including creasing, tearing and yellowing, a vertical crease down the center, and various punctures and pin holes throughout from studio use.
