An original production cel from the Hanna Barbera Studios animated series, Jonny Quest (1964-1987). Featuring an amazing medium close-up of Jonny and Hadji captured by the impostor Maharajah, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the episode entitled "Riddle of the Gold" which aired on October 16, 1964. Measuring 10.5"x12" overall, with the character image measuring 7"x7.5", the cel is in very good condition with minor line wear, particularly on Hadji's turban and Jonny's chin and shirt. The cel is paired with a color copy reproduction background.
