A production background from the Hanna Barbera Studios animated series "Super Friends" (1973-1986). Featuring what appears to be a grassy area on a ground surface, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the "Super Friends" series that aired in the 1980s. Measuring 10.5"x14.5" overall, the background is in very good condition with minor wear due to studio use.
