This is an unused 1970s Pilot's Certificate that would have been given to a lucky park guest who , during their visit, was invited to pilot the "Mark Twain" on the Rivers of America in Frontierland. This certificate states that the guest is a "suitable and safe person to be entrusted with the power and duties of Pilot of this Steam Boat" and features a printed Walt Disney signature at the bottom. This certificate measures 7" x 8.5" and is in good, unused condition with some minor wear.
