This is a limited edition cel created by the Warner Bros. Studios art program titled "Whole Lotta Lumps". This hand-painted limited edition was created in 1997 and features an image of Bugs Bunny and Pete Puma from the 1953 classic short, Rabbit's Kin. The cel measures 10.5" x 12.5" and the painted image measures 5" x 11". The cel is hand-signed by Stan Freberg (the voice of Pete Puma), is paired with a color copy background, and is numbered 119/500. This piece is in very good condition and is accompanied by the original studio COA, there is some fading to the background image.
