A photostat model sheet from the Walt Disney Studios animated film Sleeping Beauty (1959). Featuring the many expressions and poses of Prince Phillip's trusty steed Samson (with the early character name spelling of "Sampson"), the sheet was created at the studio and used during the animation process in order to ensure character consistency. Measuring 10"x12", the model sheet is in good condition with the edges appearing to be slightly trimmed and a vertical creases from studio use and storage.
