This is an original production model cel from the Walt Disney Studios production of Sleeping Beauty (1959). This hand-painted cel features a rare image of all three of the fairy godmothers, Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather, and was created at the studio and used during the production of the film. Model cels like this are reference tools used by animators and the ink and paint department to ensure consistent character design. The overall measurements of the piece are 10" x 12" and the image itself measures 7" x 10.5. The cel is in very good condition.
