A photostat model sheet from the Walt Disney Studios animated film “Sleeping Beauty” (1959). Featuring Briar Rose, the model sheet was created at the studio and used during the animation process. Model sheets were printed at the studio and distributed to the animators to ensure consistent character design. Measuring 14”x17” overall, with the character image measuring 10.75”x14.5”, the model sheet is in good condition with discoloration from age, heavy edge wear and tears throughout, light staining, various creases, and it is adhered to an illustration board backing.
