This is an original production cel and background setup from the Walt Disney Studios. This adorable setup features a cel of Donald in a Santa Claus costume from Toy Tinkers (1949) as he is presenting a nut to Chip and Dale to trick them, but he is paired with a cel of little Gus mouse from the Disney feature Cinderella (1951). The cels are trimmed to image and applied to an original hand-painted background from the classic holiday short Toy Tinkers (1949). The cels and background were created at the studio and used during the production of the shorts, with each piece having been photographed and appearing in the respective shorts. The overall measurements of the piece are 10" x 12" and the image itself measures 8.5" x 11".
