This is an original hand-painted cel and background setup from the Walt Disney Studios development of a book based on the popular Disney feature The Lion King (1994). This setup features Simba and Scar in a standoff during their battle, and was created at the studio as a page in a Lion King book. The cel and background are fully hand-painted and are stunning images! The overall measurements of the piece are 12.5" x 17" and the image itself measures 8.75" x 11.5". The setup is in very good condition with some minor paint damage in Simba where the cel stuck to the background.
