This is an original production cel from the Walt Disney Studios production Ben and Me (1953). This hand-painted cel features a large image of Ben Franklin as he walks with Amos in the brim of his hat. It was created at the studio and used during production, representing an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the cartoon. The cel is paired with a custom recreated background. The overall measurements of the piece are 12.5" x 16" and the image itself measures 11.25" x 8.75". The cel is in very good condition.
