An original production cel from the Walt Disney Studios animated film The Little Mermaid (1989). Featuring Sebastian with the ducks and turtles from the Kiss the Girl musical sequence, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the beloved movie. Measuring 18.5"x24.5" framed with the mat opening measuring 9.5"x15.5" overall, and with the character image area measuring 4.75"x11.5", the production cel is in very good condition, unexamined out of frame.
