This is an original production cel from the Walt Disney Studios production Oliver and Company (1988). This production cel features Dodger on top of a taxi during his big number, "Why Should I Worry?" It was created at the studio and used during production, representing an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the cartoon.
