An original production cel from the Walt Disney Studios animated film "The Great Mouse Detective" (1986). Featuring a couple of Ratigan's henchmen, posed as the royal trumpeters for the Queen, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel represents an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the film. Measuring 12.5"x15.5" overall, with the character image measuring 4.5"x 4.5", the cel is in very good condition and is paired with a color printed reproduction background for display purposes.
