This is a limited edition of 10 hand-inked, hand-painted, character cels recreated from the original artwork for The Disney Channel's The Magical World of Disney and recreates the character Tinkerbell from the show's opening sequence. Disney recreated the artwork from this sequence using traditional Disney animation techniques. Each cel was inked over an original animation drawing by a Disney artist using 5 hand-inked line colors, and was then hand-painted using 8 Disney-approved acylic paints and 1 special-effect color. This limited edition was created in 1996 and offered to employees who worked on the program, with only the 10 pieces created! The overall piece measures 12.5" x 16" with the image itself measuring 9" x 12". The piece has also been professionally matted.
