A character concept drawing from the Disney Studios animated musical masterpiece, "Fantasia" (1940). Featuring a beautiful illustration of two centaurettes, the drawing has been trimmed to image and applied to a piece of celluloid. The concept was created at the studio and used during the early development process. The piece was likely used to get an idea of the scale and style of the character when placed over the concept backgrounds created for the sequence. Measuring 4.5"x5", the drawing is applied to a 10"x12.25" cel that is is worn condition. The cel is fragile due to age, as its from the same era of the film's creation and exhibits rippling throughout and a large piece missing from the bottom right edge.
