A rare original production cel from the UPA Studios animated short Ragtime Bear (1949). Featuring Mr. Magoo and the bear, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the first-ever Mr. Magoo short. Measuring 10.25"x12.5" overall, and with a character image measuring 4.75"x3.25", the production cel is in very good condition and is paired with a color copy reproduction background.
