A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring Wolverine in battle with Talos, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and is seen at about 16:03 in the season four episode "Weapon X, Lies, and Video Tape." The two cel layers are from the same scene but the characters are not precisely matching. Measuring 9"x10.5" overall, with the character image measuring 6.5"x5.5", the cel is in very good condition with minor surface wear, light line fade, and paper stuck to the reverse from production use and storage. The cel has been paired with a color copy reproduction background for presentation purposes.
