A production cel from the Hanna-Barbera animated series “The Scooby & Scrappy-Doo/ Puppy Hour” (1982-83). Featuring Shaggy, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the series. Measuring 10.5”x12.5” overall, with a character image size of 5.5”x1.75”, the cel is in very good condition with minor scratches, light line fade, and minimal paint wear.
