An original production cel from the Hanna Barbera Studios animated series The Perils of Penelope Pitstop (1969-1970). Featuring the Ant Hill Mob in the car Chugga-Boom, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the cartoon. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall and with the character image measuring 4.5"x8", the cel is in very good condition with light paint and line wear throughout and is accompanied by a color copy reproduction background.
