Featuring teenage Pebbles, the vibrant cel was created at the studio in the 1980's to be used for marketing and promotion, as an executive gift, or to develop merchandise. Measuring 12.5"x10.5" overall, with the character image measuring 9"x3", the publicity cel is in very good condition with minimal line wear.
