An original inker's test cel from the Fleischer Studios animated film Hoppity Goes to Town (1942). Featuring Swat, the hand-inked cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. It was a common practice to have cel painters practice the art of inking cels, as the masterful technique of creating smooth and consistent lines is a difficult skill. Measuring 9"x11" overall, and with an image measuring 3.25"x1.5", the inker's test cel is in very good condition.
