Mark Twain Printing Negative - ID: aprdisneyland18517

This is a printer's masking negative used to develop a print for merchandising or for use within the Walt Disney company. This negative is likely from the late 1970s or early 1980s and features a great image of the Mark Twain. The masking negative would have been used in the creation of a screen for silk screening the print's image, and there is black masking fluid and an orange paper masking border on positive side of negative, as is typical to ensure a clean mask is created. The piece measures 11" x 14" overall with the image measuring 6" x 8".
