This is a commemorative souvenir that was sold at Disneyland for their Skyfest celebration on December 5, 1985. The souvenir features a flashlight on one side and a handheld fan on the other. Skyfest was an outdoor celebration where the park and park goers released a million balloons into the air. The piece measures 8" x 2.25" x 2.25" and is in fair condition with some wear and smudging to the outer surfaces and a corroded battery compartment.
