This is an official thank you card that was produced by WED/MAPO and distributed to Imagineers who assisted with the work of ccompleting EPCOT Center. This particular thank you was given to Ken Kerr. His name is hand-written on the interior of the card, it does appear that the two signatures are printed in the card.
