A rare poster from Disneyland that was used to recruit Cast Members to join the Disneyland Community Action Team. The team formed in 1983 and was a group of people who would partake in community projects around Orange County. This organization later developed into the Disney VoluntEars program in 1992. This poster has a copyright 1985 on the bottom. Measuring 24"x18" overall, the poster is in very good condition with light handling wear.
