A souvenir pilot's certificate for the Mark Twain Riverboat at Disneyland. The certificate was created for distribution in the 1950s, and would have been given to a lucky park guest who, during their visit, was invited to pilot the Mark Twain on the Rivers of America in Frontierland. Featuring a printed facsimile of Walt Disney's signature at the bottom, the certificate states that the guest is a "suitable and safe person to be entrusted with the power and duties of Pilot of this Steam Boat." Measuring 7"x8.5", the certificate is in good, unused condition with some minor wear.
