A production cel from the Bill Melendez Studios animated “Peanuts” series (c.1980s). Featuring Charlie Brown, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in a cartoon. Measuring 15”x17” matted, with the opening measuring 8”x10.25” and the character image measuring 3”x1.75”, the cel is in very good condition unexamined out of the mat. The cel is paired with a printed reproduction background.
