This was the Wacky Races of the 1990s, in which the racers drove monster trucks made for racing. Each vehicle had a different theme, specific to its drivers; e.g., Yogi & Boo Boo's truck resembled a giant picnic basket on wheels. This is the fourth all-star sports show from Hanna-Barbera.
