This is a limited edition of 65 hand painted character cel set-ups from Walt Disney's Full-length feature film "Brother Bear." It is one of a series of two selected limited-editions, hand -painted recreations of original artwork created especially for Feature Animation employees only. DISNEY EMPLOYEE HAND-PAINTED LIMITED EDITIONS

At the end of every recent Feature, employees of the studio are offered the chance to buy one Hand-Painted Limited Edition cel from a selection of 12 Scenes. Only Cels that are ordered by the employees are made. Each Cel is recreated from artwork using traditional Animation Techniques. The Background is reproduced from the Original Background. These Limited Editions are all painted in house by Disney Artists, producing the highest quality possible, and are enhanced with custom air brushing, and enhanced hand-inked lines. These Hand Painted cels were never offered for public sale except on the secondary market.

TARZAN...This is a hand painted limited edition of only 173 pieces. It is one in a series of thirteen selected limited-edition, hand-painted recreations of original artwork crested especially for Feature Animation employees only. This recreated cel set-up is from Sequence 9.0 scene 26 of "Tarzan." Tarzan, swinging around a tree, readies his spear for battle against Sabor. The cel measures 17" X 11.5"...$700 (01limited03)

"ALL ROADS LEAD TO THE MAD HATTER"...Limited edition hand-embellished giclee on canvas. This early concept art was created by Disney artist Dave Hall in the early 1930's for Alice In Wonderland using Tenniel's original illustrations from Lewis Carroll's classic book for inspiration. Once thought lost, Hall's concept art resurfaced in 1976 in the Disney archives.
