This is an incredible and unique retirement gift that was created by the WED / MAPO department of Disney for an employee leaving the Imagineering company. The octagonal wood base measures 17" x 17" and has a three dimensional brass image of Mickey that says "Thank You John." The back of the plaque has a simple hanging system so that the piece can be hung on a wall, but it is VERY heavy, weighing over 20 pounds!
